It’s been a few weeks since I’ve done my dinner plans.
These are my plans from this past Saturday night through Friday night.
- pecan crusted salmon, purple potatoes, acorn squash
- Mexican taco salad with pinto beans and avocado
- taco pie, snap peas
- chickpea and fresh spinach curry, naan, broccoli
- vegetable galette
- pizza, spinach salad with feta
This is the plan. I have back-up dinners planned as well in case of ingredients gone m.i.a. Let me take a moment and announce that I plan to not choose to eat out for the next month. There may be bumps in the road likely due to Aaron’s family asking us to go out to eat. I’m fine with this exception.
Now what about my love of Sugarjones cupcakes? I’ll allow it once since I have a “free $10″ order in my wallet!
